  • How do I reserve an item?

    • After you’ve looked through our collection and found the item(s) that you would like to rent, go ahead and email us to start the rental process!

  • Do you deliver?

    • Yes, however we do have a $500 to $1000 minimum (not including damage waiver) spend in order for us to deliver the rentals to you. Any order less than that will need to be picked up. Please inquire with us!

  • Do you set up and take down?

    • Yes, we can add on the service of set up and breakdown. Estimated cost is around $250 - $300 depending on how large your order is.

  • How much is delivery?

    • Delivery fees are based on your location! Inquire with us to get an estimate.

  • How much do I need to spend to rent with Borrowed House?

    • There is no minimum amount you need to spend for pick up. Meaning, even if you just needed to rent one votive, we would be able to make that work!

  • Where do I pick up my rentals?

    • We can meet you at a spot throughout Orange County or Inland Empire, please inquire with us!

  • Are there any fees that I should know about?

    • A damage waiver fee is applied to all orders. Please note this fee does cover damage and loss. But any damage exceeding damage waiver cost may be subjected to additional fees.

  • Any rules or restrictions?

    • We require ALL votives to be used with an oil-based tealight. We can provide these for an additional fee. No wax tealights are allowed. The use of wax tealights will be subjected to a cleaning fee.

  • I received my quote, how long is it valid for?

    • Once you received your quote, it is valid for 21 days (subject to availability). Prices are subject to change at any time, as our inventory is constantly evolving. Once you have paid your deposit and signed your invoice, prices will be honored and your rentals will be secured.

  • Do I need to pay a deposit?

    • Yes! A 50% deposit is required to reserve any of our rentals. The balance of. the rental order is due 2 weeks prior to rental date.
